Diana Beata Kruger
Diana is the Managing Director of Promise Hub, a non-profit startup incubator in Uganda. She is deeply passionate about the empowerment of the rising billions to have an improved access to food, education and health in order to add lasting value to local communities.
She is a researcher by heart and adds with her applied ethnographic business research methods lasting value to projects via a deep understanding of the true needs of communities. She translates insights into mid and long term strategies. She is an expert in creating experience journeys to enable projects to see a broader vision and to deeply cater all needs along the duration of projects and its related impact in the various fields and regions.
With more than 25 years experience in the field of profit & non profit organizations, she has a deep understanding of how to roll out sustainable projects and to manifest lasting impact. She is very eager to create a future where sustainability in all aspects drives the positive evolvement of humanity.
Imran Ejotre is a social entrepreneur and an academic. He is a co-founder of USA based 501(c) charity Nested Savings www.nestedsavings.org and doubles as the organization’s Country Director for its operations in Uganda. Imran is also a co-founder of a South Africa based green economy think tank African Centre for a Green Economy (AfriCGE) www.africancentre.org and is the Lead for natural capital and biodiversity, with a focus on East Africa.
As an academic, Imran is a lecturer of Biology at Muni University Arua (Uganda) He holds double master degrees in zoology and infectious disease ecology from Islamic University in Uganda (Uganda) and Bucknell University (USA) respectively. He is now a PhD research fellow at the Institute of molecular parasitology at Humboldt University Berlin (Germany).
Asau holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Post Graduate diploma in International Primary Health Care from the University of London and is an Acumen East Africa Leadership fellow 2018 cohort, Post Graduate Certificates in Refugee & Forced Migration, Peace Building & Conflict management. He has vast skills and knowledge in Organizational development & Management with proven track record and 15 years’ experience.
Asau is a Multi-Skilled, keen and highly adaptable team builder able to cope with extreme challenges. He embraces diversity, He is people centered & sensitive. Challenging tasks motivate him. He is reliable, confident, innovative and of high moral regard.
His motivation in life today is to: Use his vast knowledge, experience, potential, competence to transform society, bring together diverse actors to bridge societal divides, navigate the unknown in an ever-changing society in Public, Private, Business, Philanthropy ensuring that every innovation he contributes touches lives of several others.
Epudu George Titus
PERSONAL PROFILE: Posses Masters in Monitoring and Evaluation, Postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. He has over 12 years valuable experience in Programming both humanitarian and development programmes, Research, Evaluation, Monitoring of Education, Environment, Livelihood, Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), Health and he writies winning donor proposals. Has vast experiences in managing massive data collection for Finn Church Aid (FCA), Uganda Youth Network (UYONET), Ministry of Health, Makerere University, NGOs consulting group, Plan Uganda, Restless Development etc. Delivered trainings in Programme management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research. He has managed advocacy and action researches that later on became a CBO called Karamoja Action Research Team (KART).
Experienced in online digital data collection using survey monkey and analysis of data using SPSS,EPIINFO and Excel and developed both programme and research reports. In addition, he has managed evaluation consultancies and led teams in reviewing technical documents including policies. Has worked with the following organizations, FCA,UYONET, Student Partnership Worldwide, Restless Development Uganda, Pilgrim Africa and since March 2020 is working with ViFoH. He is a member of Uganda Evaluators Association
FINANCE & ADMINSTRATION OFFICER
Denis holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting from Makerere University, CPA Stage II Certification and Higher Diploma in Marketing from Makerere University Business School.
He joined ViFoH in May 2020 with fifteen years’ hands-on wealth of experience in Financial management and Office Administration with a plus in Human Resource Management having worked for British American Tobacco Uganda, ANPPCAN Uganda Chapter & War Child Holland.
MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
Holds Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Muni University, Certificate in CISCO Cyber Security Essentials.
Solomon joined ViFoH in August 2020 with over three years’ experience in guiding IT projects, managing technical support operations for Q-Sourcing and Electoral Commission
Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Christian University (UCU), Certificate in Administrative Officer’s Law Course from Law Development Center (LDC) Kampala.
Brian joined ViFoH in February 2020 with over five years prolific working experience in program implementation with Touch Africa Now, Mengo Youth Development Link, Jubillee Life Insurance Company.
AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION OFFICER
Holds National Certificate and Diploma in Crop production and Management, from Bukalasa Agricultural College and Diploma in Modern agriculture from Agro Studies in Israel. Practical based training Certificate in sustainable organic agriculture by National Organic Agricultural Movement of Uganda.
Jamal joined ViFoH in August 2020 with over three years’ agricultural extension working experience with AMFRI Farms and Green Acres offering technical support and guidance in all the agronomic practices and Farmer Field Schools.
